I tried my hand at cooking again today.  With some variations on this kimchi jigae recipe, I made the following:

Kimchi Dubu Jigae (김치 두부 찌개)

To be honest, I have no idea if it turned out the way it’s suppose to taste, but it was good enough for me!  Along with some leftover rice and zucchini jeon, it made a damn fine, tasty meal.
